Follow-up interviews with call center CEOs and owners suggests the call center industry is a dynamic formation, retaining its economic force through consolidation, even as its practices are exported to education and other fields of business. The lessons learned through the call center industry, then, will continue to shape the formation of Indian cultural, national, and economic life.
