Chapter 4 takes up the notion of technical system, which centers on the concept of interobjectivity. By understanding interobjective as technical progress, it analyses the emergence of information systems, the web and the discourse of technical systems of Jacques Ellul (who was inspired by Simondon) and the historian Bertrand Gille.
