This chapter shows how the absolute domains of survey explain the inter-relations of things. It argues that the notion of “bond” has been neglected in the history of philosophy and seeks to reclaim it. The chapter goes on to explain consciousness and subjectivity in terms of this renewed concept and the notion of “absolute domain”.
